How the Personal Coaching Program works
Positioning
We start by positioning you for the German job market. Your career coach will make you shine by developing your personal branding including your CV and LinkedIn. This is the basis and will lead to a proper conversion rate for your upcoming job applications. Usually this takes around 1 week.
Approaching
We will show you how to apply to (English) speaking jobs with visa sponsorship in Germany successfully. And the best thing is that we even do it for you - including drafting a cover letter that will convince German companies. On average, our clients need 8 interviews with different companies to receive their first offer.
Interviewing
The interview process in Germany is different from countries like India or Pakistan. That's why it's important to be properly prepared. That's why we will regularly simulate job interviews with you. With our training we'll relieve you from your anxiety and make you ready for the real interview fulfilling German standards and expectations.
Visa & Relocation
Before you receive your job offer we help you negotiate your salary and go over your contract. Afterwards, we'll support you with and during the visa process and your relocation to Germany. We've walked this way a thousand times, and we're already looking forward to meeting you in Germany!
